File Transfer Options

Flex Pre-Press currently offers three options for transferring electronic files:

  • When sending files from a Macintosh computer, please use a program such as Stuffit or the Mac OS X operating system to compress (.sit or .zip) files and preserve its resources.
  • When sending files from a PC, please use an application such as WinZip to compress (zip) the files.

    • Email

    We accept files up to 10MB as attachments to email. Send files via email directly to your customer service representative at cs@flexprepress.com.

    For larger files, please use FTP or MassTransit.

    Directory: /inbound/

    If a secure area is required on our server, please contact your customer service representative for a secure login.

    Please follow up all FTP transfers with an email to let our customer service team know you have sent files.
